there are these two bastard 350z hotboys (and their non-m bimmer friend) that do this shit and, i hate to admit it, but i'd feel a little better (and way safer) if i saw them wrapped around a tree on one of my commutes. fun video, though!

I unplugged electrical connector from the trunk wall left side behind the back lamp. So it stays clean. My car is 2011 X3 35i N55 (F25 chassis). The drawback is the warm-up time takes longer now (1 minute) and when it's not warmed enough, the engine won't obey when I push the pedal gas, so I can't use it before it's warm enough.

Not a real M car. It’s only a real M car if it has an S engine. It’s just an M lite in a party frock.

The engine is upgraded by M, BMW could’ve easily slapped an S badge and keyboard critics like you wouldn’t bat an eye. Also this “fake M” and the N54 1M will out handle any new M3, M4, etc. but you probably didn’t notice/care as you’ve never driven any.

Allthough the M2 is a car I desire, this video pretty much shows that pops and bangs are just an expensive and annoying way to show how little you care about actual performance. Cool vehicles make pops and bangs naturally, and far, far less than any of this made up BS. It is just basically an ad lip for the car. Anyway, other people may like this as a nice detail, and that is okay too. I would have my M2 without any of this
