From their website, I ordered the Turtle Air2 roof rack for a 2003 Honda CR-V as was listed on the invoice that came with the package. What I received were the side rails for a Ford application that had a totally different stock number than what I ordered. I've attempted to contact the company, via email, several times since receiving the wrong item and have yet to get a response of any kind. Maybe they'll see their KZbin comments and provide some sort of customer service.

Just purchased this product and the quality is horrendous. The holes don’t click into the foot ends due to the drill holes being completely off and not clicking into the yellow tabs making the product unsafe. Stay away.
