Way back in my Kickboxing day's my buddy and i would show up in the fitness gym to get some work in. Every now and them one of those pink glitter thonged kids thought they could out ab us.... yeah we were not very skinny half way starved yet eassily out abbed the buggers. The fun thing was when some of them were completely amazed by what happened.... It is just that some people though nuce enough kids just won't get it. Going for mass yet starved is not the saame as performance. It is fine OC some just have to learn the not so hard way.

I used to load up the leg pressure machine and thought I was strong. When I would do squats, I could barely do 225. I stopped doing leg presses and focused on squats and front squats instead and my legs got bigger and stronger. Leg presses have their place, but for me it became a secondary exercise.
