Literally every protein source aside from gelatin has all the amino acids in appropriate amounts.

If the question is who would i rather share a gym with: quiet guy who comes over and I can ask about evidenced backed tips, or dude in sunglasses screaming at himself in the mirror staring people down when they happen to walk by, depending where he is on his cycle. Thats the only ego lifting that bothers me

Loosing 15-20lbs of fat really only takes 2-4 months and in that same time a new inexperienced lifter can add 4-5lbs of muscle. Probably mostly solved in the first 6 months.

Creatine and food is absolutely enough to build muscle. Adding a quality protien powder and HMB can be beneficial imo.

I did Keto once and I was free from thinking about food all day every day. And this is because my insulin level was low.I also lost lots of weight and I was full of energy. May be the rate of losing fat is the same on both type of diets but one of the liberates you from food addiction

Cut sugar and go on a calorie deficit! Eat only morning and lunch. Your workouts should be mornings and go for a long afternoon walk each day and don’t eat that night, your body will fast while you sleep. Drink enough water daily. Not a lot because your body will want to repair itself at the same time you rest and sleep that afternoon/night, your body can’t repair itself when it’s processing food and water the same time you wanna fast. But yes that’s how you lose fat 👌🏾

Nitrition is #1. A Carnivore/Keto lifestyle is about 80% of living healthy. Only about 20% is exercise. Both are important but too many people will workout all day just to eat a lot of carbs, which shoots up your insulin.

@YouTube_is_full_of_trolls2 сағат бұрын
As long as you add in work for your grip and forearms, you're fine either way, but most people won't do that. That's why i believe no straps should be used for average joes who are lifting for day to day function. Otherwise, you now need to spend more time in the gym working the muscles you missed and people don't do that.

Protein powder is probably the most worthwhile supplement you can buy. Besides creatine it's probably the only supplement that will actually increase your strength and muscle development.
