Cool I never saw such a delighted pig. I help grow two pigs at a time for a friend and they never greeted like that. His wagging tail. The noise , It not the same as ours did. He was more like a dog then a pig.

KingPin Computers it’s called a pig sling and it’s fairly expensive (around $5,000.00) there are several companies that manufacturer similar slings, but this one is amazing. They are somewhat similar to the ones that are pictured on this link. www.lomir.com/product-category/animal-restraints/slings/

It is clear you do not know how pigs behave. I am NOT an idiot as you commented a few minutes ago, I simply documented an aggressive pig that was in my care at the time and how aggressive pigs behave. After THIS pig was neutered and trained, his behavior improved and he was able to go to a loving family. And for your information, what did I do to get a response like this from this pig? Nothing. I walked outside and he would attack. He was not neutered and untrained and that is exactly how intact/untrained mini pigs can act.
@kadlinmormont9130
@kadlinmormont9130 7 жыл бұрын
Caroline, unfixed pigs are aggressive. They attack, that's what they do and they don't need a reason to attack you other than you exist. To keep yourself safe from being bitten you have to use a hog panel or something comparable to protect your legs and lower body. Pigs try to force you to move to assert dominance, when she was pushing him back she was letting him know in pig language that she is the one in charge and won't be pushed around. If you let a pig push you around, they get more aggressive and future attacks will be worse and can cause serious injury. Clearly you should not own animals, especially pigs, since you don't understand their behavior.

I can assure you owning a pig is NOT like owning a dog or cat! They are more tempered and can be aggressively impatient! You have to show them you mean business or they will boss you around. Any pig owner knows this! I have a pet pig, and while I love him to pieces-I have to let him know I’m in charge.

i am glad i read the description cuz i was thinking of course he is upset. he is scared. being scared and threatened all day with a big metal thing that a lady carries makes him scared of people...shame on this person. pigs are social why does she keep telling him to get away? i am glad she no longer owns him....

Cindy Sue and that would certainly be a reason a pig was aggressive, however, the sorting board was used to PROTECT me when he was intact and super aggressive. He did end up "tusking" my leg at one point causing an infection in my calf muscle. So I quickly learned how to protect myself and also not put him in a position where he would be able to hurt anyone. :) 2-3 months after his neuter, he was a completely different pig and once he got to his permanent home, he ended up being the best pig ever! I stay in contact with the family and he is very much loved and part of their family. ❤️

that is great to hear. the video just made me sad. constantly making him get away is not teaching him anything but fear! so glad he is now better behaved and has a great home! good job!
@kadlinmormont9130
@kadlinmormont9130 7 жыл бұрын
Making him move away is not teaching him fear, she's teaching him that he's not the top pig and he needs to respect the human. That's how herd animals behave - the dominant one makes the subordinate ones move. By making him move back after he threatened her with aggressive behavior, she told him in pig language that it won't be tolerated and it needs to stop and that she's in charge. If this pig had gotten his way, his attacks would become more serious and cause real injury (he did tusk her at one point).

Actually this was taken during the process of retraining this particular pig. When you have a pet pig, you should be able to walk in your yard without being attacked. I am not sure if you have read our website regarding aggressive pigs, but if you have, you would've also seen the other behaviors that ultimately led to him being called an aggressive pig.

In what WAY do you mean him aggressive?
@minipiginfo
@minipiginfo 8 жыл бұрын
For this particular pig, he started chomping, frothing at the mouth, side stepping with a hunched stance, charging at me, head swiping with his mohawk up. He was intact and dumped at a property near me. This particular video may not have shown all the classic signs, but his aggression worsened substantially before he could be neutered.

No, he came to my home acting like this. He was an intact male who was having territorial issues in addition to aggression. After he was neutered and retrained, he was able to go to a good home and was no longer aggressive. This is only one of the videos that demonstrated his aggression, if you continue to watch our videos that we have uploaded, you will watch as he transforms into a great pet.

You may have a good intact pig, for now, depending on his age, let me know how he's doing at 3 years old, then let me know how well food is working out for you. I don't understand why you felt the need to be vulgar with your comment, but you clearly do not have any experience with older intact and aggressive pigs.
