*This is a great ladder but you definitely need a little skill in order to install it properly✹>**share4.photo/AtticLadder?uv ** I am a weekend handy man around my home and I am pretty good at doing projects around my house. This ladder took a little time and attention to detail. It looks good and works great but you have to pay attention to the details in the instructions and take your time installing it. I love it.*

I'd like to buy this Youngman Telescopic Loft Ladder, but I've 2 following questions to ask: 1, my ceiling is 3.2 meter high. Do you have one to suit this height? 2, I want to buy this ladder with its wooden box to fix onto the ceiling. Do you also sell its wooden box?Thank you for your reply. Chen

can you release the ladder down when in the loft ?
