Thank you for this! Tapping has helped me greatly in the past. I have been trying to figure out how to help my daughter, who is autistic and has selective mutism, which means she has severe anxiety around talking out loud. I will try the surrogacy method of tapping!

Darlene...while i love the power of what u are teaching....could you please slow it down. Isnt a part of the process to connect to what we are saying and to feel it as we do it. I could not keep.up with you at all...i appreciate u for what u are doing but i think a slower pace would be beneficial to all. Thank u

Thank you! I’ve been doing your video for a few times now, and have released such traumatic pain that had been there forever, in my sinuses. Release is happening step by step and I am very grateful! This is amazing!

Wow! This seems amazing but how I can we repeat what you’re saying as you’re going so fast through this? My understanding is that we are supposed to repeat after you.

That is the worst tapping session I've ever done and I've been doing this every day for years... Perhaps you might want to slow down and communicate better and actually feel what you're saying.... And all you did was the negatives where's the positive side of this.... It seems you don't really have a clue as to what you're doing 😕

Can this be used if you feel like you abandoned someone else and feel full of grief and sadness? I had to put my mum in a nursing home after caring for her for year's and I feel I've let her down 😐

I recently realised my long standing sinus issues are grief and sadness, held in tears. When you reached the end of this video with the grief, that's when the tears started free flowing and the sinus pressure lessen. It's a complete wonder but I love it. Writing this at 5 am not being able to sleep, having had an argument with my partner who I woke up having to clear my nostril with saline solution (after all the saline is a TEAR SUBSTITUTE!). Thank you from the bottom of my 💖

Wow, I didn't know what I was getting into. I just wanted some advice on tapping to relieve sinus pressure and ended up with a truly needed therapy session LOL I will have to revisit this for a while, thank you. I had never even considered this an emotional issue... I have had it for years and tune out the pain, but recently had a periodontist and a psychic (random, I know) each tell me about serious chronic inflammation and how I need to address it with tapping and steam... perhaps addressing the emotional issues I carry and beginning to deeply and completely accept myself will be what finally accelerates me through this matter.

Bravo ! Terrific teacher ! I wish I had you for a teacher. I use to sing ( professional ) I appreciate your suggestion of leaning the head forward and then swallow. However, i have the additional problem of mucus. I blow my nose, wipe out my mouth and if all is clear then I swallow. What in God's name am I doing wrong. ? my husband becomes agitated and angry at my progression with PD. He was and still is in DENIAL. What can I do to stop all this unhappiness for me and my husband ? what do you suggest ? Any suggestions I will follow through. please dear teacher help me. Stealing no thunder from Tom, but Phillip K. Dick had this idea way back in 1977, and stated so in a video still available on the internet. It was truly an astounding concept way back then.
