I used to have a social life in my teens and twenties and while it was a little stressful it was still worth it. I've had no social life for more than ten years now. I'm shy and introverted and just feel comfortable being alone. At work is where I start to feel ashamed. Hearing about everyone's exciting weekend of social events makes me feel like a loser.
