Job well done! Leafs work well with the right shock tuning. My setup works great. (Spring under) If another spare can be mounted behind the axle it helps a lot. Need more weight in the rear. Gas tank behind the axle too. That with shock tuning. Links will still out perform the leafs all day long. Truck is bad ass.

Bruh, the RHD RANGER! WHERE IS IT AND WHY HAVENT U DONE ANYMORE VIDEOS? I JUST FINISHED SWAPPING THE "2JZ" DIESEL INTO MY 1993 RHD RANGER. I ENDED UP DOING LIKE A SUPERRUNNER STEERING WITH A BIT OF A DROP. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO HAVE A DASH THO, JUST TUBING AND GAUGES OH AND I GOT A SIDE BY SIDE HEATER. I ENDED UP ORDERING AN ADAPTER FROM DPUK FOR A NV3550 SO I COULD HAVE A 5 SPEED. THE SKYLINE FROM 2F2F IS WHY I WANTED A RHD. BUT BECAUSE IM A GUY THAT LIVES IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE SNOW COMES IN THE WINTER, A SKYLINE WAS A NO GO. U SHOULDA STARTED WITH A 93-97. THE FIREWALL ALMOST DOESNT HAVE TO BE CUT. ALMOST.I HAD TO CUT A SMALL HOLE FOR THE STEERING SHAFT AND BEARING. I PUT PLATES IN THE HEATER AND AC HOLES WHICH STIFFED UP THE FIREWALL. I HOPE U FINISH URS IT WOULD BE COOL IF ME AND U WERE THE ONLY 2 PPL IN THE ENTIRE USA WITH RHD RANGERS THAT WE CONVERTED OURSELVES. IVE SEEN A COUPLE OLD MUSTANGS THAT WERE SWAPPED. ANY CHANCE U SEEN THE "REVERSE CHEVY" ON 1320? THE GUY PUT THE ENGINE IN THE BED AND MADE THE BACK GLASS THE NEW WINDSHIELD.

On your 2nd operation I’ve seen guys take a endmill to remove the excess material will plus .01” material on the O.A.H. Then run a facemill to finish your O.A.H & leave a nice finish. The endmills tool path resembles a spiral motion that starts on the out side of your rectangular boundary running clockwise then steps inward to the center of the part. It will reduce vibration and Increase insert life of the face mill…so they say. Awesome work bro.

Above the M30 type G0 G91 G28 Z0 G90 M30 This will zero return the spindle to the machines Z axis home. The Fadal always does dumb shit when it reads a M30.

thanks for the reply! I ended up getting my post figured out on a autodesk forum. Got a post from someone else using fusion 360 and a Fadal. No more m30 issues.

Check out BGW Machine channel on KZbin. Look for the video “Machine Memory SD, USB, & FTP Setup on the Fadal” that will teach you some good information about your Calmotion. To be able to see the distance to go on the machine control you would have to update your card that controls that display at the machine control. Calmotion might sell the card / board.
