It’s not even funny from casually killing gods and devils to killing other skilled ninjas like himself saves the world 3 times in a row in each of his games. Has an arsenal of weapons and Ninjitsu magic. Can summon a fire dragon, teleport, turn into animals and of Course IZUNA DROP. Scorpian has his own feats to but not as crazy as Ryu’s.

In this universe even of Batman loses he wins almost by proxy. Every plan he had on the leaguers worked (even on himself) so well that even less skilled fighters (all 4 of SS qualify) were able to use them in combat to win.
