Tbh the deck has many starters. Consistency is really good. You can also run 1 more astellar (or one of the spell that searches white forests) if you are afraid of not opening a starter. Generally i really like the deck.

What about the fiendsmith package? How necessary is it? Asking because engraver is too expensive, but have the full WF deck ready to go for new Elzette. What if you play it with the toy box engine instead? Would it make up for it? How much of a difference would it be?

It's not mandatory , but its definitely a plus. You can either play toy box or bystials instead.

Personally i enjoy playing this deck , its fun , its strong and has some really good artwork. Now im waiting to see if there are any more cards for it in ALIN xD

The deck does seem fun, I saw a list running guardian chimera with the azamina fusion spell which I like. 2025 will be a banger year for yugioh, so many nice decks around that get support. Feels like beeing a kid in a candy store lol.
