Honestly, I never knew guys were interested in taking collagen peptides you’ve opened my eyes😂 Ps I as well take Zena I’ve been taking it for a few months now taste delicious it’s very easy! i’ve definitely noticed the difference in my skin! I will not drink the powdered stuff anymore, too chunky for my liking😂

Valid point! Personally, I wouldn't take more than 10G/day due to potential stomach issues. Zena also has biotin, which is worth considering for hair/skin health. For convenience, I'll still go with Zena, and if I want more than 2.5 I'll just take a bigger swig! But if you are using collagen for muscle strength/mass it could well be a better value to go with a powder like Vital Proteins or Orgain for the higher dosage. There is no evidence to date that liquid formulated collagen is better absorbed than powder.

I am confused...first , the bottle says keep in a cool dark place, and put in frig? Which one? Why natural ingredients? WE all know natural does not mean good anymore! You have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what is in everything! Reading labels...exhausting!

All are collagen, zena just offers Biotin as a bonus along with the collagen.

Biotin is a great addition, one more reason to go with my recommendation (which I failed to mention in the review!) Why buy a separate biotin supplement when you can cover it here? Biotin and collagen work well together to help your skin, hair and nails, but my main focus is joint health.

The biggest thing that matters most is the Verisol, that is the best peptide on the market. Zena is the best product out there I take it too and it only take the 2.5 grams because of the type of collagen. More peptides doesn’t mean better peptides. Cheers

twerk182 I don't have the full set list but it was a great show including A Salty Salute, Echoes Myron, Goldheart Mountaintop, I am a tree, Robot boy, Tractor rape chain, Motor Away, Cutout Witch, Game of Pricks, I am a Scientist, Glad Girls, a lot of great songs off the 100 and 101st Bob Pollard albums (5 degrees, King 007, Steppenwolf Mausoleum), etc. He and Doug Gillard are both in good form.
