what to do when an employee left, and how to re-use the card and assign to a new employee? Why didn't this basic stuff being shown???

Dear user, If you wish to reassign the card to another employee, you can change the cardholder's name under the Employee section. If the employee left, you can delete their user and re-use the card later.

If I hit the big red reset button will I lose all my data such as all the fobs and employees/clients I set up? I have hundreds of them however I switched my network to upgrade it and now I cannot get my controller to connect, when I change the network settings it tells me it will differ from my default gateway and then I click ok and it instantly cuts the connection?

I have a 1200d that is intermittently allowing users to pull open the door after a few yanks. It seems the plate and armature are lined up properly, the plate rocks appropriately and there isn't a terrible amount of dirt on it. What could cause this intermittent failure?

Please, loosen the screw in the middle of the amature plate to the point it moves a little bit.

with maglock, the exit button NC has to be used. in the video, i see you used NO instead. was this a mistake during making this video or was this intentional? if so, why?

Dear customer, when connecting an exit button to our panel, we intentionally use the NO wire of the exit button; there is no need to use the NC wire. That's how it works with our panels: we use the normally open connection to signal the panel to release the lock when the exit button has been pressed.

Thank you for this. Can you also do a video with the Bus Bar as well... I had a hell of a time getting anything to work properly with the bus bar version but eventually figured it out. How? The label strip on the bus bar that indicates where you should be wiring say, 3RD0 does not align with actual physical location of 3RD0 on the bus bar itself, so what you have to do, is look at the bus bar display on the door panel, and count where 3RD0 actually is located, then make your connections and after that, the people you're working for will be like, "ohhh...whew! Hey, he does know what he's doing!"

Hi Guys...can you do a video for connecting the VS-AXESS-4DLX with bus bar. Maglock, push exit button vis-7005, and slim door reader. Easy to follow instructions as laid out, until you connect it up and it doesn't work for the amateur such as myself.

Is there a way to configure the 'First Person In' feature with end time based on *actual time of day* rather than a fixed 'Remain Open For' duration? We want our door to auto close every evening at a fixed time, no matter when the 'First Person In' was triggered.

Great video, easy to understand, however after I did the SADP modify, the decis is no longer showing on the Vsaxess Maintenance and Management device list where it was showing a few minutes ago when I first started to do the setup, how can i troubleshoot that?

Yes, the Vsaxess software can be installed on multiple computers at the same time, as long as they are on the same LAN.

Yes you can, each keypad its paired with his own receiver. So no problem at all.
