Very very very very very very disappointing this film is They made it woke The creature is a let down Its not even based on a real dreamtime legend How can you "kill" a spirit with a venomous snake???? And only one specific species at that????

Such a great guest - intelligent, articulate, and vibrant with experience and passion! While I'm beyond grateful that he blesses IWTV with his portrayal of Daniel Molloy, I'm equally appreciative that his warmth and enjoyment of the little (but important) things in life, shines through every time he's handed the chance to speak. Thanks for this interview!

What Woody is really lamenting when talking about film criticism and the film industry changing is the fact that art has been largely taken over by the corporations/established power structure. This to a great extent is due to the consolidation of the film and media industry in general. It’s been almost irreparably censored controlled, neutered and largely defanged. There is still hope of course but it’s not looking good. When I think about the current state of art, the environment reminds me more and more of 1984.

I’m so glad you asked Brandon about potentially playing superman once the character becomes public domain, I grew up with Brandon as my superman and I would love to become a filmmaker one day to bring his superman back

Yes I thought that was a very insightful question. I don't think people think about public domain.--Virginia M.

2 the writer of this f’n movie - the line “like pigs to the slaughter hahahaha” First off shxthead pigs are tortured to death. Second those humans went in, pigs have to be shocked and beaten to enter a slaughterhouse - pigs would never just walk in, they know what’s coming - so your referencing is even ridiculous. Out of all the things you could write ✍️ people still choose to mock the suffering. How about “like kids to the child mxlester” ? Or “inebriated woman to the rxpist” ? Right.. somehow if it’s a innocent pig we can not only torture them, but reference their helplessness in escaping a fate we created (while laughing) - fxck off

This director, writer, and screenplay is the worst to exist. A joke. Really, this guy needs to be stopped. Absolute moronic person, with the worst writing and directing to exist. Do better, be better.

Are they stopping elsewhere in Australia during the press tour?
@screenwatching5 ай бұрын
The Sydney screening was not the official press screening launch, but instead a kind of cast-&-crew thank you for the city in which it was (mostly) made. They were not allowed to call it the 'World Premiere', even though it was; that official honour goes to Cannes. Universal flew Hemsworth and Taylor-Joy in for the Sydney screening, but don't think they'll be accompanying it for interstate premieres.
