Im a frequent bus ride, have been all my life to get to school, outings and now as an adult work. I appreciate having the bus system however the systen doesnt always for us as bus riders. Yes late routes do happen for multiple reasons but when routes are canceled and not replaced it changes things for the riders having to find alternate routes to get to their destination, bus drivers being rude which happens very often. I catch the bus 6 days a week and very rarely see drivers who are knowledgeable or polite. Most are upset and rude to passengers. Its sad i try to help riders if they have questions but maybe these drivers are over worked and therefore not liking their job so we get the attitude.
