I use Surya to do an ocerization on invoices, my invoices are documents which have been scanned and put in PDF formats, a PDF represents an invoice and each PDF has several pages, what I do is I convert my pdf in image and I extract the text which is on each page of the invoice and I put it all in txt file, the problem I have is that it takes me 30 minutes on average per pdf, and the time is too long for a single invoice, how to optimize this? knowing that I have a PC that is not very efficient but which is not bad either
