There is one thing American writers and producers are seemingly very ignorant of. Every movie I have seen involving meteors have them crashing onto the ground with great fiery explosions. Meteors are not bombs. METEORS DO NOT EXPLODE with flames and fire!! All of these subjects are merely copy cats of earlier ones - in all subjects, not just this one.

I’m injured and can’t do much so I’ve been watching/listening to a lot of B or just bad movies (I.e. asylum knock offs). This is not one of them. A legit good movie. Seriously it’s on my list if I have to have surgery and longer recovery time.

Bit of a lame story but it,s just entertainment. The local mayor never listens to the scientists or reality and always get proven wrong. just entertainment! oh the epic drama! Dose nasty meteorites Meteors trying to get dem humans! :-)

METEORITES was one of a string of movies from the late 1990s that dealt with comets and meteors about to smack good ol’ planet Earth. Among the others were ARMAGEDDON, DEEP IMPACT, DOOMSDAY ROCK, and a few others that I can’t think of. Although this TV movie was situated in Arizona, it was actually filmed in Australia. One of my favorite science fiction movies.

God’s Holy Name is revealed to us in His Word, the Bible. What is Almighty God’s Holy Name? That this was stated twice in the Bible confirms that this is a foundational Bible principal; anything that cannot be confirmed TWICE in the Bible is NOT a Bible principal. This is what leads to so many errors in the ‘churches’ that claim to be Christian; they claim if it is in the Bible; it is gospel! No, it is not. This movie doesnt compare to the big budget disaster movies, but as far as the fireworks from the comet & meteorites, I think it was on par with them. One other thing, by comparison to othe "older movies" this one is 26 years old. I like movies from the 40s-60s and those are older than this. Try them sometime. Alfred Hitchcock made some very good ones that you all might find interesting.

Pace from 1-10 is so tight. Even a small mistake has drastic consequences. I remember when there was many seconds between 1-10... and it was normal that back markers were lapped nearly every race. Racing today is so tight however its often boring. Hope we get light rain today. Stomp on that Loud pedal.
