I'll tell you now the best way to deal with them........... first stop talking immediately, you then instantly go on the offensive, you tell him/them if they do not leave in the next 5seconds your going to forcibly remove them from your property, an in so doing your also removing their implied rights of access from here! an that any subsequent return will then be deemed as harassment.
