I like how your dulcimer was built so the natural holes in the wood became your lower sound holes.

Mandy, I love this tune and found a tab for it on line but it doesn’t sound the same as your version. I’d love to see you do a tab and offer it on your website. BTW, I just got on Steve Gerritsen’s schedule for a custom banjo build. He has me sweating over which woods to go with and inlays from Depaule’s. He is great to work with and I really appreciate you for introducing his banjos in your reviews. Sounds like he may be moving down here in the not too distant future.

That has a walnut back and top, Padauk sides and fretboard. VSL is 25” on that one. Thanks!

Awesome job, GREAT hymn, seems like the old hymns have the best messages. Jon's chord changes are rapid on this one!! And, spot on, from what little I know about music!

No C#, and D is my favorite key. Thanks for this.
@calliopelintwig2856 күн бұрын
Thanks. My dulcimer doesn't have a C# fret.
@BanjoLemonade6 күн бұрын
I you are tuned to DAD and have a 2nd fret you have a C# note on the middle string. (the A string) - I’m adding a 1.5 fret here and that gives you a C note on the middle string and an F note on the melody and bass.

Mandy, at about the 10:00 mark you played a tune I have heard you do in many videos and I have no idea what it is! Please tell me so I can buy the tab on your website. Thanks

Wildflowers Don’t Care Where They Grow by Dolly Parton, I don’t have tab for it. I just worked it out by ear. I do have a video on it though on my channel I think I called it “wildflowers”
