Definitely a tough pill to swallow monthly. Does have some wonderful amenities onsite along with 3 side X side underground parking stalls. Condo fees in general have climbed substantially over the last 3-4 years!

Just moved to Calgary from Vancouver. I lived in a $2M condo and it did not look like that lol. Was a penthouse but a 2bd and only 1,000 sq.ft.

The contrast is pretty wild! We've always had such great value here in Calgary and over the last 2-3 years, a lot more people are realizing this. Did you move into another condo here? 🤔
