All for One so powerful and the only person/people he killed in this arc was a villain/villains Hell the one person TomurAfO killed later came back to life. Either incarnation of the most powerful villain is too busy giving love taps to his opponents than putting them down for the count

Bakugou is badly sidelined in the final arc, he may beat afo but he spent 36 chapters as a corpse which means he is absent for 10-15 episodes in the final season. I suspect horikoshi never likes bakugou status as a rival. I notice how bakugou role diminish after he became deku rival. Horikoshi never intend to make bakugoue a rival, it was the EDITOR who decide it. Editor has an absolute authority to its mangaka and saying no to their suggestions is a very bad idea. Horikoshi cant say no to his editor sugestions and complies. its obvious that the author never like bakugou being a rival since in the next arc, bakugou was sidelined while deku beats overhaul. Its even worse in the final arc. I believe there three reasons why horikoshi were against bakugou being a rival: 1. Bakugou infamous suicide bait and bullying. 2. He never accomplish anything great to prove he is a better hero than deku ( deku beats stain and mascular while bakugou beats his fellow hero). 3. It would make him more divisive among mha fans ( which already happens). Another thing i notice is that bakugou never fought a lot of villains which is problem to a hero hype as the Symbol of Victory.

Well he should but I never saw deku worried about it. The entire time he is fighting tomura he never thought about bakugou like " I hope kachan is okay or please kachan don't die". What I don't like about bakugou fake death is how long it lasted. In the manga span for 36 chapters and we waited more than a year then he raise up. The long waiting worn out the shock value. Another thing to note is that the original editor resign in march 2022 then several months later bakugou fake death happens. Bakugou limited role and lack of villains fight was a result of the disagreement between horikoshi and his editor. I believe horikoshi plans to give bakugou a redemption arc first and the deku vs bakugou 2nd match is meant to severe their friendship. Have you notice deku never talk to bakugou after their second fight and focus more in other issues while bakugou constantly think about deku. This is probably the remnants of horikoshi redemption plans. I believe endeavor redemption arc is the salvage story of horikoshi failed bakugou redemption arc.

I couldn’t disagree more with this theory lol in hero rising hori stated that was his original plan to end the series I don’t think hori didn’t like bakugo if his original plan was to give the man one for all and fight with deku and I’m pretty sure in some interviews he speaks fondly of bakugo

@@carlli254I don't think horikoshi doesn't like bakugou but rather he does not know what to do with him. I believe that the EDITOR really likes bakugou and probably the one who suggests him to be deku rival. The editor meddlings on bakugou role is reason why bakugou has no solo arc and given no villains fight. And about the hero rising, I find it questionable since in the final arc, bakugou never shown to have one for all but instead awaken his quirk. I honestly believe that the editor suggested the idea of giving bakugou afo as the ending and Horikoshi doesn't like it. The author cleverly put it in the movie and claim it as his idea. Mind you, only the first movie is acknowledge by horikoshi as canon. Horikoshi is against giving bakugou the ofa quirk since in the manga it explain one for all quirk shortens the lifespan of it's user and deku the last user.
