I hate 90s in pipe especially that 3in. Just asking for a clog but cant fault you, you didn't run it 45s all day long if i need to make a 180 like that in sewer line

My septic was installed in 1970 still works great today. Only thing ive had to do is replace the pipe that goes to the tank cause roots broke it. Upgraded from 3 to 4 inch. Custom homade leach field only the toilet water goes in. Everything else drains separately

This is why I will never ever buy a new home. Also if I ever was stupid enough to buy a new And found this I would be sueing Immediately and or backing out of the purchase entirely and sueing.

I had to replace the sewer line going from my trailer to a septic tank. 1st sewer plumbing I've ever done in my entire life. How hard is it to use a level and just make sure it's pointed down. I swear pretty soon having a sub 60iQ will be standard and the "smart" ones will be people that actually know how to change a tire.

Hey, something people in my area that are in the septic business are unaware of is that almost 95% of the time their customers failing drainfields are really just oversaturated because of a leaky toilet, or a float set too high and waters going over the overflow tube in the toilet tank. A free fix when investigated and found to be true and occuring, saving thousands of dollars. My customers all love it when I find a leaking toilet and fix it and get the problem really handled. I've see new drainfields installed and 6 months later be bad because the same toilet was still leaking. Anyways good luck in life.

Tank full of shit and SOAP. Dogshit near work area. Been there and seen that a 1000 times. I've been in the business for 35 years in a company that's been in business since 1968. I've had days like the one you went through so many times. The current guy living there isn't necessarily the one who fucked that tank up. That's on the owner. Dog shit is the renter's though. How do you prevent the filter from being clogged super quickly when aerating stirs everything in the tank up? I actually installed an aerator for my tank just like this and that's the problem we had... took only a few days for the filter to clog.

how is this any better then a traditional gravity system with no air and filter. Mines 31 years old and still works perfectly fine. But I know one day it will have to be replaced, so I am trying to educate myself on all types of systems

People are pigs. If you pumped out that tank and added an air pump, would that save the system moving forward? I ask because I have an old house and my 1000 gallon drywall isn't draining well and the water going into the drywall is a mess,. In my mind it should be much cleaner. any advice would be helpful. thanks

A crappy video. The owner will get a bill for the cleaning and be down in the dumps. When it's time to pump the tank out, call the dump truck. Some people poo-poo the advice from septic tank experts. if the truck driver dies, he'll be in-turd. some will see the video and feel flushed.

If it doesn't come out of you, it doesn't belong in your septic tank. So this means no paper towels, female sanitary products, or large food debris. This is not a hard concept.
