What i understand from above is factors affecting the fluency in speaking is two ways. First way is direct factors .they are word power, confidence level, grammar and anxiety control. And second way is indirect factors. They are congnitive process speed.

What I understand from above video is how to handle the nervousness before any presentation or any meeting. There are six ways to handle the nervousness. First two are implemented before some days and remaining four are just before meeting or presentation need to implement. First one is being overprepared and second one is visualization that we feel that we are performing well in meeting. Third one is talk to our self by qustioning why we feel weird. Fourth one is breathe. Fifth one is have a sip of water and last one is listening to music which ever we like.

What I understand from above video is if we are using filler words or some words like "if we see " Or " So" While talking then we have to take a pause or we have to find a variety usage for such type of words. Why we are using filler words is that because we are comfortable with that words while we are talking.

What I understood from above is how to get thoughts effort lessley while speaking is if we think one thing from different Percepectives then we can talk talk more about that topic. If we think only in one Percepective we can talk only one specific thing and we can't talk about before or after that thing.

"Yes, thought processes play a crucial role in communication. When your thoughts are clear, you can effectively convey messages and information to your audience. Even with limited vocabulary, the right words often come naturally. To address challenges like limited vocabulary, we can overcome this by preparing in advance-such as noting down discussion topics-and through consistent practice and self-talk."

Definitely true how there are certain factors which hold direct and indirect impact on fluency of communication. If we talk about direct factors which consist of your knowledge and subject matter on a particular topic, Confidence level, How better your able to control anxiety, and Word power. If I say indirect factors there are 2 major things: Cognitive data in your mind how fast you're able to recollect and respond. The other thing is you need to be unbiased there should not be any kind of present notion in mind it will help you make listeners and a good communicater

How to handle to random questions when we don't have the answers. I like the second approach maintaining calm and acknowledging the question by saying " That is a very good question and its very complex issues redirecting to the audience and try to getting insight from the audience's perspective and diverting some other response by saying will get back to you after some time later after contacting concerned team and department.

Many of us have some problems using certain words and phrases over usage when communicating or giving demo , or presentations. Even I too have this problem I use the word "Right" very often when talking to someone. We get habituated to it and comfortable using certain words. It's okay to use unless it is overdoing and its implies to same for the filler's. There are two things you need to do to get rid of this problem. You need to take a pause it would help you avoid using these words. But if your more comfortable using these words Instead of using "if we see" "you know ", or "so" we can use some transitional words like" if we observe" "Imagine the picture", and "as a result", "If you considered " .

What I understand from this video is my speech is a reflection of my thoughts. If my speech is not good then there is problem of my thoughts or my thinking that is negative. If I correct my thinking then my speech is correct. Because coach said before in free webinar regarding this clarity of thoughts. To work on this I have to implement think + wrire + speak.

The best way to handle the situation when you don't know answer is there are two ways to handle this type of questions. First way is to tell the truth upfront that we don't know the answer if they understand in a proper way. Second way is to buy the time by telling that it's a great question? Let me check if anybody knows answer to this question here in meeting. Then we can answer in this way or we can say like I don't want to give generic answer to this. So refer to some specific documents and getback to you. These are the two possible ways to answer the question when you don't know the answer.

Thanks for the wonderful great tips . What i take from this video is how we can control ourselves and nervousness before any event or activities. 1. Preparing: How important is preparing and practicing ourselves for a few days before the event which helps in building confidence. 2. Visualisation: Keep Visualising good to self that in the best your giving the presentation. Activities just before the event. 3. Self talk : In Self talk where you will remove all your apprehension negative thoughts and questions by answering that whatever you knows will give the best. 4. Breathing: Doing deep breathing exercises benefits in relaxation of your body. 5. Have water: Have some sips of water. which helps in providing a good amount of oxygen to your body. 6 listening to songs or music. listening to songs which helps in relaxation motivation.

What I understood from this video is people will be wait for the perfect because if they will perfect in their domain or their work then they assume that they will confident. But that is not going to happen. We don't want to seek for the perfection , if we see for the perfection then we lose confidence. Of course preparation is required but not perfection is not required.

To handle the random question for that I don't know the exact anwser so I can handle it in two ways, first is that I would say yeah that the great question but I as of now I don't have the answer of this question I will take up your question and will get back to you in some times, now the second way to handle unknown question, yeah that's good question comes from you I just want to know is there anyone have any thought or idea on this and if its related to some documents so I'll say I'll have a look on the document and cofirm and will get back to you in some time or either I would repeat the question in some diffent manner and eg. are you taking about this one something like that and meanwhile I'll be trying to find some anwser for that make sure I'll get back to after this with the correct info.

Hi Coach, I would like to thank you for an amazing session yesterday. You gave a new perspective, something to keep a note while we talk to others. We often want to just prove a point or stick to what we want to convey but a healthy discussion requires us to be a good listener and value others opinion without being biased. Thanks once again for such valuable insights.

Agree with you coach. The communication is the main pillar in democracy. If any government listens what protestors want to say and arrange some debates around it they feels that they are important part of the country, In some cases they might be wrong but if the debates are arranged then slowly they understand that.

You're absolutely right, Coach. Communication failures can make any situation volatile. It's crucial for a country to uphold and honor the freedom of speech for all its citizens. Leaders who attempt to polarize people based on caste and creed should be held accountable, as this is essential for creating a more unified and harmonious society.

I totally agreed, with this sir, Its important to present your thoughts in such a way, everybody connects and view the situations in a 360 degrees. We all should learn from the situations running globally especially when it affects the whole country. It's very important to convey your thoughts and opinions carefully when you are on a platform which represent the community.

I understood that why subject is mentioned that as Communication failure in Democracy. Leaders in government should give the communication clearly to people whenever they are creating new policy and made amendments in policy. Leaders should get the feedback from people before new policy creation or change in existing policy of government.

Yes Coach, I also feel that Communication is indeed in all aspects, whether it is open communication with our country leaders for our authentic rights, relations, corporate or so on. It enables people not only to share their thoughts but also gives them more value for their rights. The crackdown will lead to a critical situation for all of us. Hence, Communication is more important for avoiding these circumstances

True words, Coach. It really opens your eyes. Unfortunately, many governments today are acting lethargically, shifting their focus from serving the people to benefiting themselves. Leaders who should be responsible are instead exploiting their positions. The gap between the rich and the poor is widening, with the rich becoming richer and the poor becoming poorer. While our books teach us that we have the right to speak, in reality, that right is often suppressed. Many leaders are more focused on personal gain than on the well-being of the people, with essential services like education and healthcare being turned into profitable businesses. This leaves us feeling powerless and ashamed, while the government seems indifferent. It’s time we come together to remember that the government is meant to serve the people, not the leaders. A good government can address many of the issues like Bangladesh and Kolkata we face today.

Well said Coach! Communication is really a game changer, open communication is a must, looks like anywhere if the working and opposition(like correcting the working party if they are incorrect) honestly and transparently worked towards a goal, there wont be such situations rising, people would no longer need to do protests

Communication is live blood of democracy. We see below concerns 1) Reservation issues 2)Government did wrong step, because of this we see 300 deaths 3)Oppostion leaders are Stuffel'd. Some risks are seeing in our country also. 4)We need to bring accountability and they are not listening people feelings. Communication is important process in whole democracy. Govenment wakes up this call and they don't do any mistakes which other country went through risks.

I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on how communication is crucial not only in professional settings but also in global and political contexts. It has encouraged me to learn about political events from the past and present, and to focus on these matters as a human being, rather than just working 12-hour shifts. Additionally, it has motivated me to communicate more with friends and team members to understand their perspectives.

I do agree Coach APM with your views on present situation in Bangladesh. Communication between the government and people should be open in Democracy to keep democracy healthy. Government should be aware about the impact of any policy which is being enforced to the people with all aspects of a human being. We all have to be responsible citizen and contribute as much as we can to our society that will definitely leave an impact may be not in near future but it will impact in future. People should also respect the government decisions and have right to ask questions to government without involving any wild agitation.

Communication is crucial between citizens and the government in a democracy especially in the country. When people do not feel empowered or heard, it can lead to policy change requests and protests as seen in Bangladesh. This pattern should not be repeated in our country. I believe there should be an open communication channel for all and the government needs to monitor the events in our country to maintain law and order by taking action against illegal activities. We all need to step up and raise our concerns with the appropriate departments

After listening to the video, I realized that whatever happened was not good for any country. Now the people from the government of our country should not make these mistakes, they should learn from the current situation of Bangladesh. It happened because the Bangladesh government was not listening to the voice of their own country, though that was authentic. Communication is the mainstream for the people of the country. Governments should listen to the opposition leaders as well as the citizens, if they don’t listen then the external forces start taking this for their own benefit and once it starts they the situation of the country could spoil, so to get rid of these kinds of situations, governments should learn from this and open communication with the citizens and opposition leaders

It's a reality we all experience in our country today, yet few have the courage like you to speak out and provide a platform for every Indian. The recent breakdowns in communication between the government and democracy are concerning; both need to focus on fostering healthy dialogue and mutual respect. Our environment is suffering from this discord. The solution lies in taking steps toward positive communication, building a bridge of trust and understanding between the government and the people. I remain hopeful that we can create a healthier environment for all.

Yes. Everyone has the right to express their opinions. If their opinion/Concern is right it should be accountable. If this is not happening and recurring then one day it will boom rang and can't correct it never. It will lead to great damage on your conduct which you can't get it back in your life. So communication is imporant and understand opponent perspective.
