You can technically use the base file. But on Rocky it doesn’t make much of a difference.

Great! Thank you. Much easier than using Docker to extract. At the end, to access Rocky from the Terminal, near the "+" tab at top, click the down arrow and it will give you the option to open Rocky. The video went a little fast right there, but I was able to slow it down and see it.
