I had no idea there is so much variety of dried fish! I have never eaten dried fish though i have heard that when cooking its very smelly. How long do these fish last given you have bought such large quantity. Is there any special method of storing them? Can you make videos of the recipes you make from these you mentioned pickles that is new to me i have never heard of non veg pickle 😊

You can store them for months u have to keep them in a dry & air tight container so it won't spoil . Sure I will upload more recipes of Dry Fish 😊

Once you reach Nagpur roads are not good especially in Deori Maharashtra Chattisgarh Border....Road Conditions are going on... And Chattisgarh Roads are good.... In Mumbai Kolkata Highway . In Orissa Roads are good till Sundargarh after that it's horrible big big potholes in the middle of roads till you Cross Orissa. Try to cross State Borders in Daylight once it becomes dark can't see the big potholes can damage the car wheels
