There was no way to completely overcome the abuses had. He may have been psychologically weak and the abuses eventually drove him over the edge. The compliments couldn't erase the abuses.

Most of the film was made at Pinewood Studio's near London UK. EWS is set in NYC during the 90s. Stanley Kubrick had lived in the UK since mid-80s. Also, you need to get a brand of beer signed off like product placement. Ordering generic beer piece of dialogue. What does a Upper Middle Class physician order for beer?
