I was about to say broken timing chain, because it sounded like the starter motor was spinning way too easily. But then, through that opening in the top center of the valve cover I noticed that the rocker arms were indeed moving up and down, which means that the timing chain is not broken. My next check would be engine timing, if the timing chain is stretched or the tensioner failed it could cause it to jump some teeth that could cause low or no compression in all cylinders due to the valves not closing fully during the compression stroke.

A bolt-shaver-downer is peak one-use tool, but if you don't have a vice handy and it's this or an angle grinder, I'd say this is gonna leave you with the most fingers.
