This recipe looks sooooo good !! If I wanna make this in one "big" tart case, what size is this recipe for? Hope I get an answer from you a bit before christmas cause I wanna surprise my family and I've never baked a tart before XD

I can’t get any good quality white chocolate - I looked for Lindt or a Belgian and no luck. Best the local shops have is Nestle Milky Way - can I use that? Otherwise I will have to try a different mall to tomorrow

Lovely recipe but a few questions please 1. Can I add chopped hazelnuts to make it a Greek shortbread? Where did you get those lovely jars in the back for your flour & cocoa?

I have the book - but if I want to test this recipe with this size cake - wot size pans did you use & how did u alter the recipe? I made this cake today - absolutely lovely moist cake but I found the buttercream a bit too rich

Baking in the oven technique is important. You didn’t show how to bake or the difference between a regular and convection oven

In the recipe, you'll see that I specify that you should use an oven thermometer to make sure your oven is at exactly 150 degrees celsius. Whether you have a regular or convection oven, an oven thermometer will take away any guesswork and give you more consistency. Hope that clarifies!

Hi Karen, I would only adjust the oven temperature - increase it by 15 degrees Celsius but everything else should be fine!

Not only does this cake look delicious (just my luck - discovered this video in January rather than December), but the mirror glazing has to be one of the most beatiful I’ve seen! Did you use gold powder with the choc glaze?
