That’s what I did. The first time it happened was a Shoulder Subluxation. At Volleyball practice I served the ball, and my shoulder moved out of place and it was the worst pain ever for like 7 minutes, but when I just focused on breathing and remembering how it SHOULD feel, it moved back in place. It was really sore for a long time, but then like 2 weeks ago I was at a game and served in warmups and it did it again, but moved back in less than 20 seconds. And then 2 days ago I was serving again and it moved out of place, but that stayed longer, but then moved back in place. Right now my athletic trainer says the first time was definitely a subluxation, but these 2 other times were a shift of my shoulder bone due to it being unstable, and that the first time really put a toll on my shoulder muscles. I’m so upset. I want this to go away. Surgery doesn’t feel necessary right now.

Based on my experience, staples do leave scar that too much horrible one.. For that Scar I have consulted a dermat now and he said me to perform scar revision.. wherein he will cut the scar and suture it together.. I guess suture is much better if you want no scarring.. Its one time pain

Depending on the acetabulum and femur you are going to have a range of them in many configurations including offsets and spacers.

Another reason that orthopedicts have a special place right between Satan and our Lord. Their intentions determine where they rest, lol.

I don’t tolerate hardware for the long term. I have it taken out after a year and feel immediate relief. The chances of future infections like my brother got and almost killed him 15 yrs after the hardware in his back was in is also a risk. Anytime you have dental cleanings you have to have antibiotics.

I figured DNA plays a big part in transplants. Is that not the case for bones?
@Candy12438Күн бұрын
I am pretty sure they dont use another humans bones, instead something like metal or another material

Well they do use bone graft for some of these bone related surgeries. Bone graft is essentially a bone taken from a cadaver (for allogenic bone grafts, other bone grafts may be made from the patients own bone like harvested from the pelvis for example) and, from how it was explained to me by a medical sales rep, shredded and made into a paste. These full joint replacements are typically made of materials like metal and bone graft may be used to assist. Take all this with a grain of salt, this is coming from a premed who only shadowed a surgeon and did my own research into this 😅

Ive started lifting weights, the next day, i had weightlifters pain, will it go away naturally? Or do i have to do surgery. I only want to heal it by ice or the elbow healing itself. Any advice?
