I think cardioid is more for inside. It fills the room as opposed to throwing out into space (outside).

just bout a eks 18sp sub and eks 15p for small beach parties and get togethers. a buddy has the same set up and it sounds amazing with bass music

A Driverack Venu360 yes but not the Driverack PA2 or PA because they only have clip limiters in no RMS limiting which is essential to keep your average level under control. Plus the PA2 although it's a great cheap loudspeaker management system it's 'Peak' limiters have a 3db overshoot which means if you set the limiters to stop clipping it's possible to get 3db into clipping by accident. So on the Driverack PA2 you need to set your limiters for 3db below what you normally would. I've got a Driverack PA2 but i'm getting myself a Driverack Venu360 it's a far better speaker processor than the cheap Driverack PA and it has much better digital coverters too so you get better sound quality.

Tony DJ Power-NYC no generator power from building but I do have a 8000 watt generator that power this system well with power to spare in this video I'm running off a 15 amp circuit

DJ Chemcial Bass they didn't limit fast and the bottoms are 1300 watts and the tops are 1500 watts as went behind them no limit lights was on just clean sound...

yeah i had the 12 tops, for the money the best 12s I've herd. and I've herd some of the touring gear, but for the money EV for the win.

Matthew.C this was 4 years ago and they were great I've done many gigs with them and never was I let down now I've moved on to the next series Ekx and I'm even more Impressed I love ev get your money up bro you won't be mad plus the phone recording did them no justice...lol
