You can. Open your item menu. If you select an item, a grey symbol (grey hand) appears near the menu. Drag the item on that symbol, drop it and it appears on your teammates side 👍🏻

I appreciate your input, but I recorded the complete gameplay because this is a strategy game so maybe there are new players who can see how to play it, if the video is short I have uploaded a few on KZbin shorts but not many, because I also rarely play this game. If you have better experience in playing this game, you can speed up the playback, I don't mind. On the other hand, I am very grateful to those of you who have watched my video.^^
