Most would go back to their country to get work done there. I work in the medical field and I got to say that I feel more comfortable when I had Medical rather than any fancy PPO insurance. Medical has a strict proof system for procedures. The only issue would be wait times and doctors willing to take it. Good insurance is used as a open menu. See how many benefits they cover to 80-90% and make as much money as possible to use all your benefits until the end of the year. Expensive doctors and good insurance doesnt mean better treatment. I would rather be told about my health that doesn't move around my doctor making the bag.
