You seem so stressed....so many Men are ....therefore little things become enormous in your Mindset. I notice it because my brother was exactly the same...its not funny, its not nice, its a destructive situation. A good woman would never expand your stress levels, she would gently help to destress you but sadly many women today think only of their own feelings and will use the children as Pawns. My advice is to try and value yourself more...because you are valuable....you make mistakes as we all do....and if they are unintentional mistakes then no big deal....just laugh even if those around you don't see the funny side....thats their problem, not yours. If things get too much then just pack a backpack, filled with some fine sandwiches, cookies, flask of tea or coffee (no alcohol as you want a clear mind), alongside add your tobacco and take a day trip or overnight trip away to a place with beautiful vistas, peace and quiet and just chilllll...with the me, myself and I trio.... Make this a regular trip or weekend for yourself in the New Year...a New You. Shut out Society as its truly messed up at the moment. Remember its Society thats all messed up...please don't let it control you. Merry Christmas and Wishing you the very best for 2025...for the best is yet to come..and you know you deserve the best ! 👍
