Schöne Aufnahmen Gunter. Eine Frage, was für Fensterrahmen hast du verbaut ? Wir haben den gleichen Bootstyp und suchen noch nach einer anderen Lösung. Viele Grüsse

Na ja, was soll man machen? In Zeeland dürfen Eigner max. zu Zweit wieder aufs Boot! Nur die Sanitär bleiben geschlossen. In diesem Fall ist gut, wenn man einen Afvalwatertank hat.

Lupo -Film Unser Liegeplatz ist normalerweise in Herkingen. Dort ist die Übernachtung nicht gestattet. Goree Overflakkee hat eine höhere Infektionsrate als Zeeland. Das Boot liegt derzeit glücklicherweise in Monnickendam. Für autarke Segler mit Dusche und Fäkalientank ist dort die Übernachtung erlaubt. Glück für uns. Auch wenn wir nun für zwei Liegeplätze bezahlen, können wir nächste Woche für 71,5 Stunden hin und den Winterdreck beseitigen. Ab 72 Stunden außer Landes müssten wir hier in NRW bei unserer Rückkehr in 14-tägige Quarantäne. Es bleibt ein Eiertanz.

Lupo -Film - Zurück von der Bootsarbeit in Monnickendam. Haben die 72 Stunden eingehalten. Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle, auch wenn das Wetter heute bombastisch ist. Die Leute scheinen recht sorglos, wir versuchten dennoch Abstand zu wahren. Unter der Woche fuhr die WaschPo 2-3mal Patrouille, jetzt am Wochenende nicht, auf den Booten durchaus Gruppen von sechs und mehr. Unser Hafenmeister in Herkingen gab inzwischen auch grünes Licht für Übernachtung. Es wird wieder! Auf eine gute und gesunde Segel-Saison! 🙋‍♀️🏖🧻⛵️

I would be thinking about getting a boat moored somewhere in the Netherlands and visiting a few times a year and going from there exploring the waterways. However all I can do now is study sailing with the coronavirus situation at the moment.

This idea was had by some Americans in our marina. They have their boat lying here and come every year and make round trips. When you do it, you fly to Amsterdam, see the city and then go to your boat. Nice thought. Sorry that I answered so late.

Hallo Lupo, wirklich sehr schönes Video! Toll wie Du das Boot bei den Bedingungen beherrscht. Sehe, dass du im Schiersteiner Hafen liegst. Meine Varianta liegt dort ebenfalls seit gestern... da ich jedoch nur Erfahrung im Meer- und Küstenbereich habe, wollte ich fragen, ob Du nicht Lust hättest einen Tag mit mir rauszufahren, so dass ich Erfahrung mit dem Gebiet sammeln kann... natürlich bekommst Du von mir eine Aufwandsentschädigung. Würde mich sehr freuen. VG

@@lupo-film7588 I'm from Wichita, KS. I have a fantasy of learning to sail and am planning on taking my first class this summer on a lake close to my home. I also, studied in Germany and would love to travel via the Rhein on my own boat that would be amazing. Where are you now?

Hi Daniel, I`m now at home, near Mainz that´s in the Frankfurt Aera. You can see it in my hiking videos on my channel. We have now wintertime and a lot of blizzards in the south of Germany with to much snow, no sailing. Several years ago I met here some guys from australia comming up the rhine with a motorboat from France. Then they bought here a sailboat and traveled down the danube to Romania. So you can see, you are not alone with your fantasies- ( It´s good if you have some, without live is poor, and at last, when you're consistent they become reality.) Best way to learn sailing is : buy an old dinghy and practice again and again. when you´re good, do the same in bad weatherconditions again and again. After that, you have enough experience to know what you need.

Hi Veena, thank you for the subscription. Yes, I had a great ride, I sailed with the flow, so I could make 10 to 14 km/h. You're going to go against the flow and in November you have only about 7 hours of daylight. Maybe you can make only 30 to 40 km a day . In my opinion it is not a good idea to start this tour in November. Going seaside the Bay of Biscay is extremely dangerous at th is time, so you better take the waterways. Here, it can be that the locks are closed this time of year. Friends of mine were in the spring on a trip to Paris.They stuck three weeks before a closed lock. Learn more about French waterways. In summer it is a lovely, romantic tour. Watch Reidar Andersen's videos here on KZbin, he made the tour from the Med Sea to Norway. Hope I could help you a bit Greetings Gunter

Unfortunately we cannot really leave until November as need to get the boat ready (40ft, steel sail boat) and also sail it out of Finland where it is being worked on now. Do you know where we can find out about the lock closures in France? Sorry for the tardy reply! So many things to do so little time 🤦🏾

Hey ruitenwasser the engine is a sole´-mini diesel build in by jachtweerf van de krogt in Oudenbosch. I am very happy with it, the engine needs 0,8 l/h. But I don´t use it often, i am sailing.
