I also want to add seperately that i think this video is also a metaphor of how they feel 'alienated' within their own company (being treated different by those around them.. like they are aliens to them) the wish of them wanting to escape the planet (hybe) to another one and be free... the subliminal messages are about grass is greener if you water it which could be alluding to themselves as they have said they feel the company is trying to take them into a musical direction they dont want to go in.. they want to grow naturally themselves as artists... and constant messages about the future is brighter.. future is brighter (on the different planet they escape too which skips to part x..i.e the future) and the grass is greener on the other side... also the lyrics... 'i dont know what we've done, i don't want to go back, don't know what weve been sold'... could be refferring them getting into contract with hybe...

The story in supernatural is that they are all aliens with superpowers..... the bit where haerin and minji run off set after haerin seemingly accidently uses her powers causing everything to shut down is possibly the moment that they got exposed as aliens.. now the humans are after them... so now they need to leave back to their home planet... Hyein is the problem as she doesnt want to leave as shes fallen for the boy... the argument at the start is hanni saying we have to leave right now.. minji argues we 5 are 1 meaning they arent leaving without Hyein. (when she says we are bound to each other i dont think its in a literal sense... more in metaphorical way like.. newjeans arent complete unless all 5 are together) This is why Minji is constantly trying to split the two up... the conversation on the boat between Minji and Hyein seems to convince Hyein to leave with them as after we see bunny hyein holding onto minjis hand as she leads hyein onto their spaceship. Also being aliens i believe is a metaphor for idol life.. Again tapping into para-social aspects thats become a staple for them.... 'idols' are continually under scrutiny from the fans and the slightest mistake (haerin makes the 'mistake' of accidentally revealing her powers to humans) and the netizens (or humans) are attacking them with hate... and also (most) idols cant just jump into a relationship whenever they like as us 'normal' people can.. they have to comply to a certain image and also relationships could lead to a lack of focus in their duties as an idol and extreme situations like leaving the group.. in the video hyein is prepared to leave the group and stay on earth with the boy... again minji we 5 are 1 is not going to let this happen. Its a take on the importance of idol groups staying together and having only each oher to depend and rely on. The we 5 are 1 thing is probably also alluding to them performing as a 4some recently for quite some time while hyein was out.. saying weve been incomplete without her or something along those lines. (depending on when this video shoot was completed of course) Theres something going on with the throwing of the cans as well.. are they beer cans? does the boy have a drinking problem? is that what minji points out to hyein on the boat and hyein sees it for herself.. is that what convinces her to leave him? i think this may be the case but newjeans all being under 21 can't be promoting underage drinking so i think they rather just alluded to it... the official stance on it is he is 'littering' but he does look kind of drunk on the boat. Also Danielle has storm powers so she is manipulating the weather so she can live on earth as a succesful weather girl (theres probably metaphor in there but i havent figred that one out, maybe something to do with how the idols we see on screen can manipulate us into thinking they are something that they really aren't) Theres also an alien invasion where newjeans planet saves earth and timeskips over 40 years.. the bunny looks like the one from Donnie darko which was also about time travel

Ditto is about the negative impact idols can have on fans.. OMG is the opposite of how fans can negatively impact idols. Its about how heavy pressure from fans (particulary hardcore toxic stans and haters) can make idols eventually lose touch of their once happy real true selves and eventually feel like just becoming slaves to their fans (and the industry). In this newjeans end up in psyche ward because this has happened to them.. they now believe they are literally what the fans picture them as. Hanni in the intro is the most obvious one.... her believing she is an iphone means she is there instantly for the fans.. at the touch of a button shes there for you, singing, dancing performing for you.. she exists only for you and nothing else. (she also sends a message to Ban Hee Soo from the ditto video.. you may have missed that :P) (could be a reference to the phone ringing in ditto after Ban Heesoo decides to forget about newjeans and is conflicted about it) Dani is now solely consumed in being an idol to the point of madness... you see her laugh maniacally at white noise on the tv beleiving shes watching something on there (again mirroring Ban HeeSoo waching white noise in Ditto) Hyein is seen as a fairytale princess. But the toxic fans (represented by the Bear) kill her prince charming (and in essensce her happiness) as they want her solely for themselves. Haerin is constantly told by the fans (and even her group members) that she looks and acts like a cat... so now she believes she is one... specifically the actual one from the ditto video that she was constantly telling 'i'm not a cat' too. Minji is seen as the mum of the group so she beleives she is a doctor so even in her psychosis she can still look after 'her girls' The very end of the video after the credits shows minji shutting down a toxic fan... its a message for them to stop hating and be nice or eventually you will drive these young idols mad.

It's 2024. ALOT of beats will sound familiar at this point.
