This is a great insight from Dr. Weber. To answer this question regarding increased endogenous production of norepinephrine, we might want to do a PET study using a radioligand like (S,S)-11C-MRB or (S,S)-18F-FMeNER-D2. Another possibility is that TMS is increasing synaptic plasticity, making the existing norepinephrine work more efficiently...or too efficiently given the side effects from meds, thus warranting a decrease in med dosage.

Yeah you are right there’s no guarantee in such in medical science treatments it’s a fact it’s varies person to person how to response the treatment based of human nature reactions of the healing but it wouldn’t be cure for good there’s no such thing when the human body is totally wrecked by the disease it will come back despite of remission! At least bruh some other medical treatments options it’s covered by insurance and it’s way affordable than TMS which is not covered by any medical insurance have to pay by you’re own pockets and when I did inquired about it the treatment sessions it’ll spend 45 mins per session each day and 6 times a week for 1 month and the cost for that span is 10k for a month treatments!!! @anelakaiulanipe89945 ай бұрын
@zorintoto Gotta remember that some of those groups, people have had standard TMS where they reach motor threshold. PrTMS uses 1/4th of the amplitude and is more precise. There are so many factors such as amplitude, whether the clinic is using EEGs to track progress, etc.
