i tried it because it looked fun. It is. My uni uses solid edge god knows why, and at 41:51 solid edge lost this war where it needs to rotate and copy at the same time. i hate solid edge :) i lied i did it. :) i suceeded after trying for an hour i had to mirror the block and then it became a single body so i had to separate it. and after that i could move one half 12.7mm to the side after 20 failed attempt because there was a single box left checked (geometry order or something) i still hate this program

WHAT A FLAWED DESIGN. MINE IS FAR BETTER. FACTS
@Sw-tcNet6 күн бұрын
Well Daniel Mullen! why so many who could recently and barely put together a proper CAD design come to compete with us?! Yours is not better and it is a copy! I hope that this comment will reach out whom are in concern!
@DMMASTERDESIGNS19786 күн бұрын
@ A copy😂? My approach doesn’t mimic anything. It’s also complete. Not a shell. I even put a sensor on the bottom. Which you and others failed to do. It took you 1hr to finish.

kzbin.infoZqfHURMffQc This is an academic approach (but still pro)! your approach (or others), for a single piece of surface in here! you create at least 6 surfaces (useless approach)!!! and believed yourself a master ! and many other points I don't want to discuss ! Just I repeat , I hope my comments reach out to others! Thanks

@@Sw-tcNet that says nothing just because you show you can finish the project in a video that demonstrates nothing of how you did it. It’s deceiving your followers and others. Also still incomplete you never even put the electronic sensor in the middle which I showed on my video. When I upload content, I make sure it’s complete unlike yours sorry.

right.... paldies.... I didn't know that we have followers in LV.... and I'm not sure if CAD design is popular there.... and I didn't know that SW is used in LV.... I guess you are just a random interested guy.... We will have more design for motor cycles as we are planning to have our own brand motor cycle!!

Pretty but without previously knowing the X Y Z coordinates for the pipe centreline this method would be a very long trial and error process. Is it not possible to constrain the length of the central spline and drag it around until to pipes don’t conflict? ie tether each end, with a set central length? It would also be nice to set the available working space by importing a 3d scan of the engine compartment.
