I hope they fired whoever was lighting that stage. Terrible. Ben was on fire that night! 😅🔥

This is the concert where Ben cuts loose a bit more than usual. He even says something like Do ya feel me now? At some point in the performance

It’s going to be 24 years in October that he was taken from us. I’m so glad that I got to see them twice once in Houston Texas and the in Columbia Mo. I play their CD’s when I’m driving and then I have their songs on my phone. R.I.P. Sweet and Handsome man I have ever seen and heard. R.I.P. to Ric to and for giving the songs to Benjamin to sing. I think of the heartbreak when he sang certain songs. All he ever wanted was to be loved and I think he found it in the mother of his son Benjamin Jr. ❤❤❤❤

Elliot and Ben always just had that something on stage together. That yell said it all. They were on fire and he felt it too!

Ric mostly looked serious, it was part of his pain and his cool. But when he smiled full on it was dazzling, he could light up the room. 💛

Elliot's licks, Greg's magic on the keyboards and Ric's voice all combine perfectly in this song. It's my favorite Cars song. I still love it 36 years after it was recorded.

Funny, The Cars pioneered computers in music following Kraftwerk. Those funky synths from Greg Hawkes are computer sounds. They just show there is a way to do it right.
