I love your crow. It's so neat how it's a winter scene, and the subject is a crow, but I don't feel any gloominess (though gloomy isn't necessarily a bad thing) from the work. Quite the opposite, really. He's a very vibrant, fluffy, beautiful creature, in a gorgeous, lush, green winter. There's hardly any black on his feathers. It's almost tropical. Even the snowflakes in the background can read as big, exotic, crushed diamond flowers. It sucks that he can't be enjoyed by the person who originally asked for him. I adore him. Wonderful work!

Thank you so much! I created the crow piece in the winter so I was inspired to give it a slightly wintery look, but am always inspire by tropical countries so that’s amazing that you saw all of that!

Hi Isabelle! Yes I did finish it! I unfortunately don’t have a picture of I was in a rush to give it to my sisters boyfriend as a gift for Christmas. I’d love to create another Alien drawing or painting as well as a predator piece at some point!
