Its definitely great for hot climates. May people in Southern California are making the switch to artificial grass due to water restrictions as well as not having to deal with the upkeep of a natural lawn.

It’s pretty easy, just rinse occasionally with water. And use a leaf blower to remove any leaves or debris. It’s very low maintenance!
