Check in sound settings if the mic is working and selected in that... Usually by default the mic is not selected in sound settings of windows...

It can connect with mobile provided you have an OTG cable to connect it with... As this is a wired keyboard that is the only option to connect it with mobile...

Mostly that indicates that the battery of the earbud is low hence disconnecting... It might be that the connection between the earbud and the case is not proper and it might not be charging the earbud so when you put it back in the case just push it properly in so it can charge... Hope this helps

Can't do much without the dongle... That's what connects the controller to the Pc so for now you can't do much about it
