大学まで地方にいた。「GetBackers」はおそらく1ヶ月遅れで見ていた。そうして就職して上京して新入社員研修のために、都内のホテルに滞在していた。土曜日夕方にこれを見た。何か感動した。そうして今もなお年齢を重ねて首都圏にいる。これを聴くと、甘かった20代の自分が懐かしい。

I only own the dvd ver not the single ver, but I don;t think it would have had a flac version considering the release year (idrk tbh) but every jp single I've ripped has been mp3, though I'm not sure that is the norm or if wav format was also popular back then? Sorry if not helpful, but if you want mp3 I can re-rip and send you file directly from dvd

38才、高校の修学旅行だったかな。初めて乗った飛行機にイヤホンが付いてて、そこから流れて来たのがこの曲でした。まだKZbinどころかスマホも無くて、いい曲だと思ってたのにずっと思い出せなかった曲。胸が締め付けられます。あの頃の皆、元気かな。アップロードありがとうございます。

Its only on their 女祭 matusri onna DVD. You can find the setlist of this DVD on this mercari listing of the dvd itself here: jp.mercari.com/item/m40176999276 Theres def a handful of songs on there I don't recognize being by Bonbla. M, Matador, free bird, all three bonus vids, and angel's melancholy don't appear on their singles or albums. I wonder if they are live covers of songs by other people? This would be plausible considering one or two of their b-sides have been covers of latin american songs, so maybe its a cover of an existing song? I would think matador is an existing song since none of bonbla's other songs are titled in spanish, so it would make sense if its not their song. If thats the case, it would be reasonable to think the other songs are also by other groups. M immediately brings to mind M by Ayumi Hamasaki, but I cannot find a recording of bonbla's performance to find out if they are actually performing Ayu's song. I guess what I'm trying to say is that maybe angel's melancholy might be a cover of another song (whether jpop or latin), but I don't have enough information to be certain. The other thing it could be is part of a cancelled album/single. This DVD was bonbla's last release. They disbanded because their leader, Mako, left the group to persue other activities. They were also experiencing popularity decline. The DVD advertises itself as having new bonbla songs on it. Maybe they were in the process of recording a new album or singles before Mako decided to leave, and they had started promoting them in live performances in preparation for an album release? But when this DVD released they knew the album would never come out, so they tried to advertise these songs on the DVD instead. And perhaps angel's melancholy along with other unexplained songs on this DVD were meant to be either a-sides, b-sides, or supplementary songs for this hypothetical album. I would think that their last 3 singles also would have been on this album, as they hadn't been released outside of their single versions. That probably would've been enough music for a full album, and they likely would've released the onna matsuri live recordings with the album, similar to their winter's greeting album. If an unreleased album truly is the case, then chances are the studio version of angel's melancholy exists, but is probably lost or somewhere in their label's archives. This is extremely hypothetical though. If a studio version of this song was ever released the only place I could think of it existing would be on a girl's box compilation album. Girl's Box is the collective that bonbla was under, alongside a ton of other girl groups and female soloists. I don't know much about it beyond that, though. TLDR this song might be a cover of either another jpop song or latin song, and if so Bon Bon Blanco likely did not record their own studio version. It might also be on an unreleased album, or it was released on a Girl's Box compilation album. Sorry for the excessive response! I want to look into this more once I get my hands on a copy of this DVD, so I just wrote down all my thoughts for future reference.

@@lovexruru I dont know if chan ken is still active but maybe pursue his channel about that because his channel has some performances and he promotes the dvd. The song would be one of my favourites if I did get to hear it in studio. I dont think they would perform a song for a future album though this is most likely a cover of another song

この曲の何がすごいってアレンジがすごい。普通ならシンセブラスを使いそうなところを生楽器でやってる。 alto saxophone: 竹野昌邦 bass: 入江直之 guitar: 稲田昌宏 percussion: 野島英明 soprano saxophone and tenor saxophone: 菊地成孔 trumpet: 荒木敏男っていうふうに一流のミュージシャンでサウンドを作ってるのがすごい。
