One of the ceiling fans is actually a GEC Everest! Its probably original to the church and it may have had more than just the 1 but later on about 15-20 years after the GEC Everest, The DEMC's would have been installed. That GEC would have had its typical 6 speed regulator but the wiring in it probably frayed and the condition of it was not up to standard. The other DEMC regulator's plastic was probably same case and all cracked once again having to replace it. And the reason why that other DEMC connected to the brown regulator is slow is because its got a bad capacitor.

Fun Fact, this is the first generation 3X Series after the Clipsal Airflow, the Second Generation has one small change, and that is the ball socket. The First one like this one has a black ball, whereas the second has a white one
