2-room HDBs in Singapore are 505sqft (47sqm) for type 2, which is bigger than type 1. How do you get the measurement of 640sqft??
@engchoontan84833 ай бұрын
developed and industralised status of countries, is not for, interior-design and renovation-contractors to understand. only g20 can understand such nonsensical. but singapore can apply their g20-nonsensical to corridors and balconies. besides industrial-minimalist japanese cleaners.

How is that a wardrobe? This is maybe for showroom.

Just my own opinion, I never like the idea of integrating living and bedroom into one. I feel one should segregate them to have a more homely feel, unless the unit is like less then 300/400sf. A proper bedroom will tune your body to a ‘resting’ mode, just like how our body clock adjust ourselves to day (being active) and night (sleeping) times. We are not staying in hotels, which are usually small and you only spend a couple of days usually.

nice, but there's practically no storage though. are the reflective tiles in the toilet slippery?
@avonyeo66236 ай бұрын
My house is better : kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYvOd4aGbNCCoqcsi=Ds8xq9pvu5hOkJGp Your design is nice but exposed wardrobe will be messy when you hang clothes and capacity very small - custom wardrobe is better. The bathroom tiles are gloss which makes it very slippery when wet - use rough slip resistant tiles for safety better. No top storage cupboards for the kitchen will cause you to have insufficient space to put dry food items, make 2 rows of top & bottom kitchen cabinets better.

out of all the 2 bedroom design, i think if judge from trendy hotel vibe, elevate the small space look to luxury, this guy did the best job. Very different and unique. Even the hdb show room kalah hahahha. but serious, nice job eh.
