I am currently part of a kickstarter that has passed a 😅 most of the backers hav not received their items. Whas frustrating is there's definitely disorganization on the creator's part. They keep updating us with testers, but most of the items don't have a prototype. My item was made available to the public & I had gotten nothing. I had to reach out several times thru multiple avenues to finally be sent half of my reward.

Cancer and other diseases manifest for many reasons but genetics is the smallest of them. Lifestyle choices, nutrition, environmental, etc. all play bigger roles. So given that she used their ketones for years, I’d be worried they played a role in making her sick. Also - what happened to these “business owners” not answering to anyone, allowing her to torture them and force them to do things they don’t want to do 🤔

Yes, her death really messed me up as well. I was diagnosed with Stage 3B colorectal cancer at age 38, so everyday I stay on eggshells about my health. Currently I'm at stage No Evidence of Disease and pray it never comes back but to lose someone to the same diagnosis is really sad and scary. As well as I was in Modere at one time and followed her.

As a colorectal cancer stage 3B survivor this whole ordeal made me very sad. Her " I HEALED myself from Stage 4 cancer" really did become her brand, she used her platform to advocate AGAINST chemotherapy which she had a right to deny personally, but I also advise other to follow their physician advice and not disregard their professional opinion. I took chemo pills and radiation and I've been 5 years cancer free, it literally SAVED MY LIFE!

I tried MK about 40 years ago lasted about a month never heard of a pyramid scheme, I did enjoy the products from my entry kit until the eye shadow burned my eye lids lol, there was a lipstick topper in gold best product of any products.

Two of my friends are ADHD and have kids. They get overstimulated--their kids constantly want to touch them, are constantly making noise, etc. It's a struggle for them, but they're still PRESENT MOTHERS because that's the deal when you have kids. Some days, they struggle, but they find ways to take care of their mental health AND prioritize their kids' well-being. It's hard--of course it's hard! But they love spending time with their kids, even when it's hard.

The bit about people being ashamed of spending money brought back a memory of mine from waaaaaay back in like 2003, my first call center job. I was an order-taker phone jockey for a bunch of different magazines: Fire Mountain Gem gal. (I love them btw, not an MLM.) Fire Mountain Gem gal was giving me her (very large) order and credit card in hushed tones, and stopping to be quiet here and there. And while 4-figure orders were not uncommon with them because a lot of professional jewelry makers get their stuff there, it was getting weird, so I questioned her. And this B told me she was HIDING BEHIND A COUCH because her husband would yell at her if he found out she was buying beads again. Like dang girl, what have you been getting up to????

There are definitely actually viable alternatives to joining an MLM, to make money from home. I did research for a while, using chatGPT actually, and looking online to find what careers might fit me. Found medical coding and billing, and am now doing great in a year-long course for $3K to learn it. So many more careers are now working from home and will continue to go in that direction. Take courses from legit colleges/universities, like I'm taking one fully online from the local city college.

The way MLM ppl act like you need to have tried something in order to judge it is bizarre. You can know not to do something/to do something, based on research and science and common sense. Also, I think a lot of hair products that are on the market commercially are going to be fine. They don't have awful things in them, and they have a semblance of the same things in the products that are comparable. Hair can't be made to grow faster than it does naturally, really, or ppl would be all over it. So, for most ppl, these products would probably be 'meh yeah they're fine,' so I'm not surprised. But Monat products have tons of downsides, mainly their MLM structure ruining ppl financially and more.
