Sir, i have been listening you since last couple of weeks. I admire/agree you what you deliver/try to convey through every discussion. But for me i always implement things bit later kind of doing post-mortem. If anything is their i can implement immediate basis and can help me immediately, this will help. I heard you on introspection/ few mins before bed but still not able to implement it. Sorry, your message/words are very clear but being middle man number of times things doesn’t gets executed the way we expect. But i start with apologising situation to manage/control it which belongs to post analysis phase. I really wants to help myself so that i can help my family who’s working hard on me.
