Hi Larry. Loved your video guide to the loop. My husband and I will be doing this in Sept. We'd like to stay at one hotel while we are in Niagara Falls area. Looks like your route allows us to do this. Does the Port Robinson Ferry go from welland parkway all the way across to Niagara River Rec trail(when I watched your video a while ago I think I remember it being a pretty quick crossing on the boat) Thanks for any advise you have to offer. Is there a preferred direction to the trip in???
@LarryWarden6 күн бұрын
glad you liked video , wow really enjoyed this route , we actually stayed in St Catherines and started from there to bike south on the Weiland Canal trail , but if you stay in Niagara Falls you can cross from there on the Bridget it Route to get to the Port Robinson Ferry , it takes about an hour to cross to it Using the Ferry we were able to break this great Circle route into 2 halves , the only part you repeat in crossing from Port Robinson to the Niagara parkway or from the Niagara parkway to Port Robinson The only problem is biking through Niagara Falls by the Falls , it is quite busy so we had to walk our bikes

this trail starts in Petawawa and goes all the way to Smith Falls , the Algonquin trail is called the Lanark Trail once you leave Arnrprior , jointly called the Ottawa valley Recreational Trail

Any wobble when the car is in motion ?
@LarryWardenАй бұрын
good question , there is some wobble, especially when on rough roads for example, but it is very minor . This is a very stable rack , with our 2 bikes on it , and has stood up well for 2 years we have had it

Excellent video. I visited Fort Myers Beach in early April 2024. There has been a lot more restoration since this video was made. There was a lot of activity at Time Square. We ate at the new JMB Restaurant at Margaritaville. I was happy to see how much the restoration has progressed.

Not a salt water pool. The shuffle board courts are seldom used and the courts are becoming popular for corn hole. You didn't mention the Ham radio club, the wonderful non-denominational church service, the full orchestra, dances twice a month in the winter, regular live entertainment and jam sessions and the driving range, plus regular block parties.

@AmieOlsonalo4 ай бұрын
@@LarryWarden We booked the room in January and got a New Year’s special rate, but it is fairly expensive. With taxes and fees it was $2500 for 4 nights but we did get the Gulf View room so we had a nice balcony with an incredible view, so I’d say it was worth the cost.
