Do I need a permit to put up one of those pergola kits that come with 4x4 wood and metal brackets that screw into an existing slab? Because I already built it but you know nosy neighbors it’s relatively small 8x8 with no roof just a tarp to block sun?

1. State agencies can’t protect shit, if they could, there would never be a case of food poisoning at restaurants, gas station food, etc. they can’t protect, they can’t even reduce. Permitting has become a financial scam “governing bodies” use to get Money for themselves or the agency they work for. Nothing more.
