first rule for warning lights! If it has to be dark to see them they are not good! always use class 1 or 2 rated lighting.

Takes, programed dess key, have take mpem box, to dealership. I believe title, proof of ownership to get programed. However some places online, can mail in computer and u get a new dess key and they can program it for you, as long as computer not toast. Can't tell if those are 717 engines or 657 engines. Likely rusted pistons to cylinder walls, or crankshaft bad, depends, unlikely both jet pumps would be locked up. But anything is possible. Needs minimum 120 psi, I. Each cylinder to start in the water, Likely carbs need cleaned or rebuilt. Use oem, aftermarket ones, don't seem to work well. Pull the jet pumps off, pull engines. Don't jump start with vehicle too many amps, fries computer. Use to be able to, jump solenoid to atleast try crank, if starter or starter not bad. Hydrology, is common aswell, bad crank seals, fills crank with oil. Lower block has oil to it, bigger oil lines, required, pre mix, incase oil injection is got bad lines, ect, till you know 4 sure. Maybe u get lucky, just rusted rings stuck to cylinder, a hone and new rings, often they run lean, and wrecks pistons, crankshaft, known to go bad, in 1 end or other , cause lean condition. Top end kit per engine $650. Crankshaft $480.
