Same model as mine. If you look closely at the bottom hinge, you will see it probably bent from door weight and gallon jugs. I fixed mine the same way you did but it bent further so I replaced the hinge with a 90 degree 1/4'" steel angle and cut it to fit and drilled necessary holes in angle piece. 5 years later never had recurring problem.

How long is the total time to remove and install? How much time should a handyman charge, that does this for a living?
@ScienceMonkey00
@ScienceMonkey00 4 күн бұрын
@@SkiBumLee it took me the day with my buddy. I could have done it quicker if I didn’t remove the siding. Depends on where you live, but i would imagine a handyman would charge anywhere from 500-1000. Might have to factor in any trim work as well.

installing new sliding doors is always good, but I want to share with you my experience, I live in Orlando Florida, I contacted the Masterslide company with the problem of my sliding doors (if you ask, I will share the contacts) they replaced the rollers, installed a track cover and a new handle with a lock. Now my door is like new and I'm as happy as a child! And most importantly, I thought that I saved more than two thousand dollars! Just because repairs are cheaper!))) so think before ordering new ones. This is not advertising, this is my case.

I'm close to fitting 6 Piston 18Z Brembo calipers onto 350mm 5x4.5 rotors from a Mitsubishi Evo X. All going onto a 1999 2wd Ranger with 18x10 Porsche 911 Turbo wheels
@fixyourautomobile
@fixyourautomobile Ай бұрын
You'll find the Evo rotor is dimensionally the same as the Mustang GT 14" rotor but has a less aggressive rotor offset. It sits closer to the hub center and gave me enough space to slide the 18Z caliper down in between rotor and spindle. I have to machine a massive amount of material out of the spindle, but I use very thick steel bushings to take up the space and allow the M16x1.5 custom length bolts to all line up. (Life hack: Evo X front rotors on rockauto are stupidly cheap for their size and amount of material. The more you spend the lighter the rotors will be once you go into the aluminum hat category. Otherwise they'll be heavy boi's)

The windows we reframed, so you would level your sill plate like normal. The front door we had to reframe as well, pulled the header to move it up and re level that as well. Can you learn some more about audio? It's all over the place. Being in a boxy room doesn't help, your voice bounces off the bare walls, Then you had the double up and you knew it was happening, but you never apologized to your viewers. Finally you moved away from the Mic and was talking away from it. A small tip: Try using a Lavalier Microphone. It should solve most of your problems, they aren't overly expensive unfortunately the only thing it can't fix is you. I'll admit I have a little hearing loss in my right ear, but you tend to mumble occasionally and some of your words get lost, mainly at the ends of your sentences. I guess it could be described of running out of steam. A little speech therapy would definitely help. I spent around 25 years in a TV newsroom and in that time I interviewed many would be reporters and news readers,. Lack of Enunciation was usually a problem, but it was easily remedied by therapy. Don't worry, it's a common problem and you're definitely not the only one .
