Has an exhaust leak (not a big deal) and maybe a jetting issue. But, one of the best Yamahas ever. I had one.

Beautiful bike Alex! It sounds to me like it is idling on only one cylinder though. A good way to check this is to pull off one plug lead while it's idling quite fast (as it was when you were videoing it here). I'm guessing if you were to do this you'd find your bike can idle on one side but not on the other. (Try not to get a belt from the plug cap as you're pulling it off though. - I use rubber gloves to prevent this.) I had this same problem and tracked it down to an excessively worn carburettor slide and neck on the side that wasn't firing during idle. PS. The only reason it doesn't sound like it's idling too fast now is because it's firing on only one cylinder (if my observations are correct)..

I confess I strongly disliked the oil in frame Triumphs when they first came out. But they've really grown in me during the passing decades, even the first ones. Yours is especially nice. I wish the ones they sold Stateside were as nice.

We have the Same, number 753 from 1000, it has 8400 Kilometer. All Orginal 100%, it stands over 10 Years in Garage, than we buyed for 8500€.

Tommy Gun yes... Ducati recommend every two years. Very easy to do😊
